Mary Lemma has been writing professionally for more than 25 years, helping businesses and nonprofits meet their communication and marketing goals.
She has written and edited full time for a variety of businesses and nonprofits, including the energy industry and higher education, and has freelanced for health sciences organizations and other nonprofits. Adding a global money transmitter to her client list has enabled Mary to broaden the list of subjects she can write about, while targeting diverse audiences – from customers to employees to regulators.
“I like contributing to Parker Lifestyle for a couple of reasons,” she says. “I help local businesses tell their stories, which in itself is interesting and rewarding. And the kind of content Lifestyle publishes feeds my appetite for feature writing.”
Her freelance business, Mary Lemma Writes LLC, also gives her time to look after three rescued dogs, paint with watercolors, experiment with various cuisines for family and friends, and tend the perennials at her home in Parker, where she and her husband have lived for 11 years.

Denise Erwin is a life-long, self-taught photographer with a passion for all things visual. She also describes herself as a self-proclaimed idea junky. Her photo artistry includes black and white, shadows and light, macro-photography, performing arts photography, and a photo-journalistic approach to senior and family portraits, all while capturing a moment in time.
Her interests include re-purposing old furniture, hiking, kicking the tires of classic cars and always taking the road less traveled. Her nickname, given to her by her family, is the Highway Girl so naturally driving America’s famed Route 66 remains on her bucket list. Her husband, two children and crazy canine love Colorado and especially Parker — where they live, work and play.
