Chef Duy Pham’s Mussel Recipe

Executive chef Duy Pham uses fresh, locally sourced produce whenever possible. In fact, he grows the basil in this recipe right in his own “backyard,” the Parker Garage Garden. A key to his ingredient selection is a rotating variety of local, seasonal produce.

Seeds to Savor Farm, located east of Parker on the High Plains of Colorado, is a young farm that promotes sustainable agricultural practices. The farm is passionate about preserving the diversity of its seed heritage by collecting and growing historically significant heirloom strains. The Colorado tomatoes in this recipe are just one example of the delicious produce they supply to Duy throughout the year.

Duy selects and sources the freshest ingredients, producing beautiful and delectable dishes that uphold Parker Garage’s farm-to-table approach.
