2018 Mayor’s Holiday Lighting by Xfinity and Ent Credit Union
O’Brien Park comes alive for the holidays at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 23. Gather around the Town Tree and join the mayor and the Parker Chorale in a sing-along to “Silent Night” to kick off the event. Then, the mayor and the Parker Town Council will count down to the Town Tree and Grand Park Lighting which lights up the park in white elegance.
Stroll around O’Brien Park and take in the sights of the fun holiday ice sculpture displays following a path to each of the six displays. While you stroll through the park, you can enjoy tasty food from holiday food vendors.
The O’Brien Park Gazebo will also come to life with the sounds of the holidays from the Parker Chorale and local high school choirs. The Colorado School of Dance performers will also be at the event and will showcase one of their dances on stage as well.
This evening is sure to be filled with wonderful holiday memories.

“In Their Own World” Artist’s Reception
Jay Moore’s mission is “to create a painting worthy of my collectors, I need to experience the location—breathe the air and crunch the leaves underfoot.”
See his works at the “In Their Own World” showcase of new works focusing on wildlife in their element out in the wild. During the show, a public reception will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Nov. 9. The artist will be in attendance.
