Parker Racquet Club New Opening Date
We told you last month that the much-anticipated Parker Racquet Club would be opening in January, but winter-weather construction delays prevented the opening—unfortunately after Parker Lifestyle went to press. Barry Riddle, general manager of the $6 million indoor tennis club, says everyone there is “thrilled, excited and anxious” to finally open its doors and start indoor play. Membership specials are still available. Stay up to date with the opening at ParkerRacquetClub.com.
Cut N Frame Salon Opening
Stylist and owner Sabu Karki opened her new salon, Cut N Frame, on Dec. 24.
“The salon offers quality service at an affordable price,” she says.
Services include haircuts for children, women and men, color and hair massage. Eyebrow threading and waxing are additional specialty services. The salon is located in the new Country Meadows Square shopping center at the northwest corner of Hess and Parker roads. CutNFrame.com
Calendar and Annual Report Still Available
Parker residents received a copy of the 2019 Town Calendar and 2018 Annual Report in their mailboxes in December. The publication includes an eight-page summary of 2018 achievements as well as a complete 2019 calendar listing meetings and town-sponsored and community events. All photos used in the calendar came from local photographers. If you did not receive a Calendar and Annual Report or would like an extra one, you may pick up a copy at Town Hall. A digital copy is also available at ParkerOnline.org.
