Jeni Fleck Promoted

Parker Lifestyle Publisher Jeni Fleck has accepted the position of Launch Coach for the Colorado market for Lifestyle Publications, the parent company of Parker Lifestyle magazine.

Jeni will help coach new publishers and create successful Lifestyle magazine start-ups. She is in the process of helping launch four new magazines in Colorado. Lifestyle currently has several magazines in Colorado, including Parker, Highlands Ranch and Castle Rock.

“Lifestyle Publications really does bring great news to people, shares dynamic stories and brings communities together,” Jeni says. “Lifestyle is going to be big in Colorado—that’s the plan.”

SECOR Gala and Golf June 9–10

SECOR Cares, a nonprofit food bank in Parker that aims to end suburban poverty, is planning its 2019 Gala and Golf event in June and is still accepting corporate or individual sponsors for the event. The Gala, which includes dinner and a silent and live auction, is from 5–9 p.m. June 9 at the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center in Englewood. Tickets are $75 per person or $600 to sponsor a table. The Charity Golf Scramble starts at 10 a.m. June 10 at Club at Ravenna in Littleton. Tickets are $200 per person. SECOR is a free food market that strives to provide temporary assistance to allow guests to succeed long-term, without dependence on assistance from charitable or government agencies.

Wrestler of the Year

Cohlton Schultz, 18, of Parker has been awarded Wrestler of the Year from the National Wrestling Hall of Fame for the Colorado Chapter. A senior at Ponderosa High School, Cohlton plans to wrestle for Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. He is a four-time state champion and will compete in the Junior World Team Trial in April in Las Vegas and the Senior World Team Trial in May in Raleigh, North Carolina. Cohlton says his goal is to make the 2020 Olympics in Greco-Roman wrestling as a heavyweight wrestler.
