Fall for a Cure

Fall for a Cure, organized by Megan Bugle of Highlands Ranch, was held Oct. 18 at Cielo at Castle Pines. More than 150 people helped raise over $13,000 for the nonprofit organization NF2 BioSolutions and gene therapy research. NF2 is a disorder that allows tumors to grow throughout the neurological system.  Photography by Kaitlyn Parker of KP Photography

Exploration of Flight

In September, Wings Over the Rockies unveiled the “Clay Lacy Field of Dreams Flight Ramp” at Boeing Blue Sky Aviation Gallery at Exploration of Flight. SECORCares Ribbon Cutting

On Nov. 4, SECORCares celebrated the opening of its new facility with a ribbon-cutting. The building, built by Solomon Foundation, will house SECORCares, a free food market and financial resource center, as well as Parker Secret Closet, Aging Resources of Douglas County, Lifeline, Vikas and Step Seven.

Hide In Plain Sight Gala

The Hide In Plain Sight Gala was held Nov. 1 to with an auction to raise money for the nonprofit organization that provides support and opportunities for students struggling with homelessness and financial hardship.
